These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scape application and related services (“Services”) operated by Reworks AI Labs AB (“Scape”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Sweden.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to be bound by them, and agree to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Scape is an AI-powered email and meeting assistant that helps teams manage communications, generate drafts, and stay on top of follow-ups and meetings. The Services are available through https://scape.app and related applications.
You may use the Services only if you are at least sixteen (16) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The Services are not intended for individuals under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you further represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may use the Services under a free or paid plan, as described on the Site. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled.
Payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms. We rely on Stripe's records for payments, invoicing, and account balances, and you agree that those records are authoritative absent manifest error.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change subscription fees with reasonable advance notice. Fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges that apply, other than taxes based on our income.
To cancel a monthly plan, you may do so at any time through your account or by contacting invoice@scape.app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. To cancel an annual plan, you must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date. We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including software, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, as permitted by your subscription plan. This license does not give you any ownership interest in the Services, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by us. This license terminates immediately if you violate these Terms or your account is terminated for any reason.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission.
As between you and us, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to the content, data, emails, messages, recordings, and other materials you provide to or generate through the Services (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Services for you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide it to us.
If you give us feedback or suggestions about the Services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
The Services use artificial intelligence and large language models to generate drafts, summaries, and other outputs (“AI Output”). We do not use Your Content to train or fine-tune our own AI or machine-learning models. Scape hosts and processes all of Your Content within the EU, including LLM processing and meeting transcription, which our subprocessors perform within the EU under zero-data-retention arrangements, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
AI Output is probabilistic. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or other issues, and may not reflect real people, places, or facts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI Output, and agree not to rely on it for high-risk or sensitive contexts (including medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical use) without appropriate safeguards. AI Output may be similar or identical to content generated for other users who submit similar prompts.
If you use the Services to record, transcribe, or otherwise process audio or video from calls or meetings, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS GOVERNING THE RECORDING, MONITORING, AND PROCESSING OF COMMUNICATIONS (“RECORDING LAWS”). RECORDING LAWS VARY BY JURISDICTION AND MAY REQUIRE THE CONSENT OF EVERY PARTICIPANT BEFORE A RECORDING BEGINS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ANY REQUIRED NOTICES TO, AND OBTAINING ANY REQUIRED CONSENTS FROM, ALL PARTICIPANTS BEFORE ANY RECORDING.
You will not use the recording features if any participant has not consented. We make no representations or warranties regarding, and accept no responsibility for, your compliance with Recording Laws.
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf in providing the Services, our Data Processing Addendum (the "DPA") also applies. Both are incorporated into these Terms. Data you store with Scape is hosted in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. The DPA sets out further detail on hosting locations, international transfer safeguards, security measures, and the Subprocessors used in providing the Services.
If you are a business entity, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company name, logo, trademark, or service mark (“Your Marks”) to identify you as a customer of Scape on our website, in customer lists, pitch materials, investor presentations, and other marketing and promotional materials.
You may revoke this license at any time by notifying us in writing at security@scape.app. After we receive your notice, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to stop using Your Marks in new materials, but we are not required to recall or destroy materials already in use. We will use Your Marks consistently with any brand guidelines you provide and will not alter them without your consent. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
THE SERVICES AND ALL AI OUTPUT, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE AND OUR LICENSORS AND PROVIDERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, ABOUT THE SERVICES OR ANY RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL CODE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR LICENSORS, PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES, AND OFFICERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY DOWNTIME, FAILURES, DELAYS, OR OTHER ISSUES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY SUBPROCESSORS OR VENDORS; (B) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN AI OUTPUT; (C) ANY ACT OR OMISSION BY YOU, YOUR USERS, OR ANYONE USING YOUR ACCOUNT; OR (D) LOSS OF YOUR CONTENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Services; (b) your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations, including Recording Laws; (c) any of Your Content, including claims of infringement, misappropriation, or violation of third-party rights; or (d) your breach of these Terms.
These Terms begin when you first accept them or start using the Services and continue until terminated.
Termination by you. You may terminate your account and stop using the Services at any time through your account settings or by contacting invoice@scape.app. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. For annual plans, you may terminate by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
Termination by us. We may terminate or suspend your account, or any portion of the Services, immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. We may otherwise terminate your account or discontinue the Services for convenience by providing you with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice.
Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. You remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue in effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, the Services, or your use of the Services are governed by and construed under the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
You and Scape agree that the courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Stockholms tingsrätt (Stockholm District Court) will be the court of first instance.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may provide notices to you (including changes to these Terms, updates to the Services, or other important information) by email to the address associated with your account, through in-product notifications, or by posting on the Site. Notices are deemed given when sent.
Legal notices to us must be sent to security@scape.app or to Reworks AI Labs AB, Luntmakargatan 26, 111 37 Stockholm, Sweden.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings (whether written or oral) relating to the Services.
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
